Our barcode reading system allows you to control access to the venues and the different rooms where the speechs/presentations and courses are taking place.

We use long-distance, high-performance wireless devices that allow us to read attendees's codes. Each reading device connects wirelessly to computers that allow us to collect readings from all attendees and then manage it with our QCongresos MySQL congress management software.  

Our equipments are mounted on customized racks and can be placed on any access door without the hassle of wiring, since they are wireless.

We take care of the production and customization of the media with the image that the customer require us to handle.

We design and print accreditations with the necessary codes to be able to work with the system.
